Sunions® Tuscan Pizza


  • 3 Tbs olive oil-divided
  • 1 Sunions® onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 purchased pizza crust such as Boboli
  • 2 cloves garlic-minced
  • 1 zucchini- thinly sliced
  • 1 medium tomato-thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. crumbled ricotta cheese


Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

In a medium sauté pan on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and onions. Saute’ for 2-4 minutes. Set aside. 

On a cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper add pizza crust. In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons olive oil and garlic. Stir to combine. Brush evenly into pizza crust. Top with zucchini , prepared onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle the ricotta cheese evenly over the top of the pizza. Place on the middle of the oven. Bake for 15-20 minute or until vegetables are cooked. Enjoy with a salad.
